Say what you mean; mean what you say

When I was little, my father presented to me “A Lesson A Day”. He was a teacher and a farmer — amazingly two full time jobs for decades of his life. At this time in my life, I am remembering his lessons. One being: “Say what you mean; mean what you say.”

I love this idea Georgia! “A lesson a day”. Sometimes I think I could use a lesson a day in my own life. I like the kinds of good lessons that can be learned before one falls prey to the hard lessons. I guess that’s why I’m trying to get better about reading the Bible on a more constant basis.
    God Bless!

Rod — It warms my heart to know you are enjoying the “lesson a day”. Yes, we each need to read our instructions from the Bible daily and with more focus. Wishing you and Carrie all good things today! Hugs and blessings………..Georgia
